We create custom portrait artwork from customer-provided photos, which are printed on premium photo blocks or high quality photographic paper.

Each product is made to order, meaning every item is unique and created specifically for you.

2. Ordering Process

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the image you upload or have permission to use it
  • The photo provided is suitable for creating artwork
  • You have reviewed your order details before purchase

We are not responsible for poor-quality results due to low-resolution or unclear images.

3. Artwork & Editing

We enhance and transform your photo into a portrait-style artwork while maintaining the original subject.

By ordering, you agree that:

  • Artistic interpretation may vary
  • Minor adjustments are part of the creative process

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Processing & Delivery

  • Artwork creation: 2–4 business days
  • Production: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery: 2–6 business days (Standard) or 1–3 business days (Express)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

7. Returns & Refunds

As all products are custom-made:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind

However, if your order:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a manufacturing fault

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.

8. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once artwork creation has begun.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork created by us remains the intellectual property of Cuddles & Creations.

We may use completed artwork for:

  • Portfolio
  • Website
  • Marketing purposes

If you prefer your image not to be used, please contact us.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss
  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services
  • Customer dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided will be used only to process your order and communicate with you.
