Can I see a preview before it’s made?
Yes! We send you a preview of your artwork for approval before we create your portrait block.
How long does it take?
- Artwork creation: 2–4 business days
- Production: 1–2 business days
- Delivery: 2–6 business days (Standard) or 1–3 business days (Express)
Do you ship within Australia?
Yes, we currently ship Australia-wide only using tracked delivery.
Can I use this as a gift?
Absolutely! Our portrait blocks or a framed portrait make a beautiful and meaningful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
Your happiness is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your portrait block arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement.
Do you accept returns?
Because each portrait is custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if there is a problem with your order, we will always help resolve it.
