At Cuddles & Creations, each portrait block and poster is custom-made from your photo. Because of this, our returns and refunds policy is different from standard retail products. Your satisfaction is important to us. If there’s any issue with your order, please reach out — we’ll always work with you to find a solution.

1. Change of Mind

As all products are personalized and made to order:

• We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind
• We do not accept returns if you simply no longer want the item

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives:

• Damaged during delivery
• Faulty or defective

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer:

• A replacement, or
• A suitable resolution

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement.

4. Photo Quality Disclaimer

The final result depends on the quality of the photo you provide.

We are not responsible for:

• Low-resolution images
• Blurry or unclear photos
• Poor lighting in the original image

We always do our best to enhance your photo while keeping it true to the original.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

• Artwork creation has begun
• Production has started

6. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued if:

• A replacement cannot be provided
• There is a confirmed fault or issue

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
